Lou Divers
Founder
Lou Divers has more than 19 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industries, which includes, but not limited to, commercial business banking, information technology, mortgage and housing, resource development and acquisition. He attended Ferris State University where he majored in Business Administration and Concentration in Financial Service.
His first opportunity to pursue his passion in the financial services industry began with Mercantile Bank of Michigan where he quickly rose through the ranks to Lead Banker. His desire to reach more people and change more lives led him to CFIC Home Mortgage, there he honed his skill as a Broker and assisting clients with building business and personal credit to further help them acquire Commercial, Home, and Business Loans. With a concentration in Finance, each client’s life economically, he was able to assist each client in developing and implementing goals, he believed that those financial goals are essential in matching his clients with the right services and products.
Two years after moving to Atlanta, GA Lou founded Worldwide Capitol Investments Group in 2004 with a focus on helping individuals and Business owners alike by teaching them the benefits of financial literacy and how their credit can change their life and the trajectory of their business. He and his wife also created a entity called Akoben International Inc., a Healthcare Consulting Firm specializing in assisting individuals in purchasing and operating Healthcare Facilities which includes Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Private Home Care Agencies, Assisted Living Homes, Adult Day Care Centers and other Medicaid and Medicare provider programs.
Lou now leads a team of advisors across the country who assist clients on how to restore personal and business credit to obtain funding for new and existing businesses alike. Dedicating his wealth of knowledge built by almost 2 decades in the industry, Lou’s and his team has helped countless clients purchase homes, commercial property and start/expand businesses through the education of their credit and how it can work for them.
